3.2. When a vehicle with a blue flashing beacon and/or special sound signal approaches, drivers of other vehicles that may create an obstacle to its movement must yield to it and ensure unobstructed passage of the said vehicle (and vehicles accompanied by it).
Vehicles moving in an accompanied convoy must have their low beam headlights on.
If such a vehicle has blue and red or only red flashing beacons on, drivers of other vehicles must stop at the right edge of the carriageway (on the right shoulder). On a road with a dividing strip, this requirement must be fulfilled by drivers of vehicles moving in the same direction.

1.17. "Side Wind". A section of road where strong side wind or its sudden gusts are possible.

4.1. "Go Straight".
Signs 4.3, 4.5, and 4.6 also allow vehicles to make a U-turn. The effect of signs 4.1—4.6 does not apply to vehicles moving on established routes.
The effect of signs 4.1—4.6 applies to the intersection of carriageways before which they are installed. The effect of sign 4.1, installed at the beginning of a road or after an intersection, applies to the section of road up to the nearest intersection. The sign does not prohibit turning right into courtyards and other territories adjacent to the road.
5.5. "One-Way Road". A road or separated carriageway on which vehicle movement across the entire width is carried out in only one direction.

3.25. "No Overtaking". Overtaking of all vehicles is prohibited (except single vehicles * moving at a speed of less than 30 km/h).
* Single vehicles are considered to be individual vehicles, road trains, and also a towing vehicle coupled with a towed vehicle.
7.1.1.—7.1.4. "Distance to Object". They indicate: 7.1.1 — the distance from the sign to the beginning of the dangerous section, the place of introduction of the corresponding restriction, or a certain object (place) located ahead in the direction of travel; 7.1.2 — the distance from sign 2.1 to the intersection in the case when sign 2.2 is installed directly before the intersection; 7.1.3 and 7.1.4 — the distance to an object located to the side of the road.

6.7. Drivers of mopeds and bicycles are prohibited from:
e) towing mopeds and bicycles;

5.3. "Road Narrowing". Sign 1.5.1 — narrowing of the road on both sides, 1.5.2 — on the right, 1.5.3 — on the left side.

8.7.3. Traffic light signals have the following meanings:
b) green in the form of an arrow (arrows) on a black background allows movement in the indicated direction (directions). The same meaning is given by a signal in the form of a green arrow (arrows) in e) a red signal, including flashing, or two red flashing signals prohibit movement. A signal in the form of a green arrow (arrows) in an additional (additional) section

9.5. The use of sound signals in populated areas is prohibited, except in cases where it is impossible to prevent a traffic accident without them.

10.5. A turn must be performed so that when leaving the intersection of roadways, the vehicle does not end up on the lane of oncoming traffic, and when turning right, one should drive closer to the right edge of the roadway, except in the case of leaving an intersection where circular traffic is organized, where the direction of movement is determined by road signs or road markings, or where movement is possible only in one direction.

11.8. On a tram track of the same direction, located at the same level as the roadway for non-rail vehicles, movement is permitted provided that this is not prohibited by road signs or road markings, as well as during overtaking, bypassing, when the width of the roadway is insufficient to perform a bypass without entering the tram track.
At an intersection, it is permitted to enter the tram track of the same direction in the same cases, but provided that there are no road signs 5.16–5.19 before the intersection.
A left turn or a U-turn must be performed from the tram track of the same direction, located at the same level as the roadway for non-rail vehicles,
if a different traffic order is not provided by road signs 5.16, 5.18 or marking 1.18.
In all cases, no obstacles must be created for tram movement.

12.6. Outside populated areas on all roads and on roads passing through populated areas, marked with sign 5.47, movement is permitted at a speed of:
g) buses (except minibuses) — no more than 90 km/h;

13.1. The driver, depending on the speed of movement, road conditions, characteristics of the transported cargo and the condition of the vehicle, must maintain a safe distance and a safe interval.

14.2. Before starting to overtake, the driver must make sure that:
b) the driver of the vehicle moving ahead in the same lane has not given a signal of intention to turn (change lanes) to the left;

15.4. Vehicles are not allowed to be placed on the roadway in two or more rows. Bicycles, mopeds and motorcycles without a side trailer are allowed to be placed on the roadway in no more than two rows.

16.8. A driver who has entered an intersection of roadways according to a traffic light signal permitting movement must proceed in the intended direction regardless of the traffic light signals at the exit. However, if at intersections before the traffic lights on the driver's path there is road marking 1.12 (stop line) or road sign 5.62, he must be guided by the signals of each traffic light.

18.2. At regulated pedestrian crossings and intersections, when the traffic light or traffic controller signal permits the movement of vehicles, the driver must give way to pedestrians who are finishing crossing the roadway of the corresponding direction of movement and for whom an obstacle or danger may be created.

19.6. The searchlight and spotlight may be used only by drivers of operational vehicles while performing official tasks, taking measures not to blind other road users.

16.13. Before turning left and making a U-turn, the driver of a non-rail vehicle must give way to a tram of the same direction, as well as to vehicles moving on an equivalent road in the opposite direction straight or to the right.
Tram drivers must also be guided by this rule among themselves.
