parking — cessation of vehicle movement for more than 5 minutes for reasons not related to the need to fulfill the requirements of these Rules, boarding (alighting) of passengers, loading (unloading) of cargo;

2.8. A disabled driver driving a motorized wheelchair or a car marked with the identification sign "Disabled" may deviate from the requirements of road signs 3.1, 3.2 and 3.35—3.38, as well as sign 3.34 if there is plate 7.18 under it

3.15. "Movement of Vehicles with Mass Exceeding ...t Prohibited". The movement of vehicles, including their combinations, whose total actual mass exceeds that indicated on the sign is prohibited.

1.2. (wide solid line) — marks the edge of the carriageway on motorways or the boundaries of the lane for route vehicles. In places where entry into the lane for route vehicles is allowed for other vehicles, this line may be broken;

16.12. At an intersection of equal roads, the driver of a non-rail vehicle must give way to vehicles approaching from the right.
This rule must also be followed among themselves by tram drivers.
At any unregulated intersection, a tram, regardless of the direction of its further movement, has priority over non-rail vehicles approaching it on an equal road.

21.11. It is prohibited to carry:
b) children whose height is less than 145 cm or who have not reached 12 years of age — in vehicles equipped with seat belts, without the use of special means,

24.9. Driving instruction is prohibited in residential areas, on roads for automobiles, and on motorways. The list of roads where driving instruction is permitted is agreed with the State Automobile Inspection.

11.6. On roads with three or more lanes for traffic in one direction, trucks with a permissible maximum mass exceeding 3.5 t, tractors, self-propelled machines and mechanisms are allowed to enter the extreme left lane only for turning left and making a U-turn, and in populated areas on roads with one-way traffic, in addition, for stopping on the left, in permitted cases, for loading or unloading.

12.5. In residential and pedestrian zones, the speed of movement must not exceed 20 km/h.

30.1. Owners of mechanical vehicles and trailers to them must register (re-register) them with the State Automobile Inspection regardless of their technical condition within 10 days from the moment of acquisition (receipt), customs clearance or conversion or repair, if it is necessary to make changes to the registration documents.

15.10. Parking is prohibited:
b) on sidewalks (except for places marked by appropriate road signs installed with plates);
c) on sidewalks, except for passenger cars and motorcycles, which may be placed at the edge of sidewalks where at least 2 m remains for pedestrian traffic;
d) outside populated areas in the zone of dangerous turns and convex breaks of the longitudinal profile of the road with visibility or view less than 100 m in at least one direction of traffic;

16.12. At an intersection of equivalent roads, the driver of a non-rail vehicle must give way to vehicles approaching from the right.
Tram drivers must also be guided by this rule among themselves.
At any uncontrolled intersection, a tram, regardless of the direction of its further movement, has priority over non-rail vehicles approaching it on an equivalent road.
16.13. Before turning left and making a U-turn, the driver of a non-rail vehicle must give way to a tram of the same direction, as well as to vehicles moving on an equivalent road in the opposite direction straight or to the right.
Tram drivers must also be guided by this rule among themselves.

31.4.1. Brake systems:
b) during road tests of the service brake system, the following values are exceeded:

3.34. "Stopping prohibited". Stopping and parking of vehicles are prohibited, except for taxis carrying out boarding or disembarkation of passengers (unloading or loading of cargo).
The effect of signs does not apply:
3.1, 3.2, 3.21—3.24, 3.34 — to vehicles moving on established routes;
3.1, 3.2, 3.35—3.38, as well as sign 3.34 if there is plate 7.18 under it — to disabled drivers driving a motorized wheelchair or a car marked with the identification sign "Disabled";
3.1—3.8, 3.11 — to vehicles serving citizens or belonging to citizens who live or work in this zone, as well as to vehicles serving enterprises located in the marked zone. In such cases, vehicles must enter the marked zone and leave it at the nearest intersection to the destination;
3.3 — to trucks that have an inclined white stripe on the outer side surface or transport groups of people;
3.35—3.38 — to taxis with the taximeter turned on.

16.15. If it is impossible to determine the presence of pavement on the road (dark time of day, mud, snow, etc.), and priority signs are absent, the driver must consider that he is on a secondary road.
