1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. These Rules, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Road Traffic", establish a uniform procedure for road traffic throughout the territory of Ukraine. Other normative acts concerning peculiarities of road traffic (transportation of special cargo, operation of certain types of vehicles, movement on a closed territory, etc.) must be based on the requirements of these Rules. # -
