1.23. — indicates a lane intended for movement only of route vehicles.
route vehicles (public transport vehicles) — buses, minibuses, trolleybuses, trams, and taxis moving along established routes and having designated places on the road for boarding (alighting) passengers;

3.2. In the event of approach of a vehicle with a blue flashing beacon and/or special sound signal, drivers of other vehicles that may create an obstacle to its movement must yield to it and ensure unobstructed passage of the said vehicle (and vehicles accompanied by it).
Vehicles moving in an accompanied column must have their low beam headlights on.
If on such a vehicle blue and red or only red flashing beacons are turned on, drivers of other vehicles must stop at the right edge of the roadway (on the right shoulder). On a road with a dividing strip, this requirement must be fulfilled by drivers of vehicles moving in the same direction.
3.3. If during the escort of a column of vehicles on the vehicle moving ahead of the column, blue and red or only red flashing beacons are turned on, the column must be closed by a vehicle with a green or blue and green flashing beacon turned on, after the passage of which restrictions on the movement of other vehicles are canceled.

1.18. «Low-flying aircraft». A section of road passing near an airfield or over which airplanes or helicopters fly at a low altitude.

5.39. «Parking zone». Defines a zone where parking is allowed, under the conditions indicated on the sign or additional plates below it.
7.7. «Parking with the engine off». Indicates that in the parking area marked by signs 5.38 or 5.39, it is allowed to leave vehicles only with the engine off.
7.19. «Limitation of parking duration». Defines the maximum duration of a vehicle's stay in the parking area marked by signs 5.38 and 5.39

3.35. «Parking prohibited». Parking of all vehicles is prohibited.
7.5.1.—7.5.8. «Type of vehicle». Indicate the type of vehicle to which the sign applies. Plate 7.5.1 extends the sign to trucks (including with trailer) with a permissible maximum mass over 3.5 t; 7.5.3 — to passenger cars, as well as trucks with a permissible maximum mass up to 3.5 t.

1.19. — warns of approaching a narrowing of the roadway (a section where the number of traffic lanes in this direction decreases) or to marking line 1.1 or 1.11 separating traffic flows of opposite directions. In the first case, it may be used in combination with signs 1.5.1—1.5.3;

4.3. «Direction of turn». Signs (1.4.1 — movement to the right, 1.4.2 — movement to the left) show the direction of the turn of the road marked by signs 1.1 and 1.2, the direction of bypassing an obstacle on the road, and sign 1.4.1, in addition, — the direction of bypassing the center of an intersection with circular traffic; sign 1.4.3 (movement to the right or left) shows the direction of movement at T-shaped intersections, road forks, or bypassing a repaired road section.
Signs 4.3, 4.5, and 4.6 also allow U-turns of vehicles. The effect of signs 4.1—4.6 does not apply to vehicles moving along established routes.
The effect of signs 4.1—4.6 applies to the intersection of roadways before which they are installed. The effect of sign 4.1, installed at the beginning of the road or after an intersection, extends to the road section up to the nearest intersection. The sign does not prohibit turning right into courtyards and other territories adjacent to the road.

8.9. The requirement to stop a vehicle is given by a police officer:
a) with a baton or hand pointing at this vehicle;
c) using a loudspeaker device;

21.5. Transportation of passengers (up to 8 people, except the driver) in a truck adapted for this is allowed to drivers who have more than three years of driving experience and a driver's license of category «C», and in the case of transportation of more than the specified number (including passengers in the cab) — categories «C» and «D».

24.2. Persons learning to drive a car must be at least 16 years old, and a motorcycle — 14 years old. Such persons must have with them a document confirming their age.
24.3. A person learning to drive a vehicle must know and comply with the requirements of these Rules.

11.5. On roads with two or more lanes for movement in one direction, entering the extreme left lane for movement in the same direction is allowed if the right lanes are occupied, as well as for turning left, making a U-turn, or for stopping or parking on the left side of the road with one-way traffic in populated areas, if this does not contradict the rules of stopping (parking).

12.4. In populated areas, movement of vehicles is allowed at a speed of no more than 60 km/h.

14.6. Overtaking is prohibited:
e) a column of vehicles behind which a vehicle with a flashing beacon (except orange) is moving.

15.9. Stopping is prohibited:
a) at railway crossings;
c) on overpasses, bridges, viaducts, and under them, as well as in tunnels;

16.2. At controlled and uncontrolled intersections, a driver turning right or left must yield to pedestrians crossing the roadway onto which he is turning, as well as to cyclists moving straight in the same direction.

22.3. Transportation of cargo is allowed provided that it:
b) does not violate the stability of the vehicle and does not impede its control;

18.7. Drivers must stop before a pedestrian crossing on the signal provided for in subparagraph "c" of paragraph 8.8 of these Rules, if such a requirement came from members of the school patrol, a detachment of young traffic inspectors, appropriately equipped, or persons accompanying groups of children, and give way to children crossing the roadway.

19.9. Rear fog lights are allowed to be used in conditions of insufficient visibility both in daylight and in the dark.

16.11. At an intersection of unequal roads, the driver of a vehicle moving on a secondary road must give way to vehicles approaching this intersection of roadways on the main road, regardless of the direction of their further movement.
