3.5. When approaching a stationary vehicle with a flashing blue or blue and red beacon and a special sound signal (or without a special sound signal turned on), standing on the roadway, the driver must stop. You can continue driving only with the permission of the traffic controller, and in his absence - another person regulating traffic.

3.11. "Movement of horse-drawn carts (sledges) is prohibited". The movement of horse-drawn carts (sledges), animals under saddle or pack, as well as the driving of cattle is prohibited.

5.38. "Parking place".
7.6.1.-7.6.5. "Method of placing a vehicle in a parking lot". They indicate: 7.6.1 - all vehicles must be parked on the roadway along the sidewalk,
7.6.2-7.6.5 - the method of placing cars and motorcycles in a parking lot near the sidewalk and using it. In populated areas where parking is allowed on the left side of the street, plates 7.6.1-7.6.5 with a mirror image of the symbols may be used.

3.35. "Parking prohibited". Parking of all vehicles is prohibited.
The effect of the signs does not apply:
3.1, 3.2, 3.21-3.24, 3.34 - to vehicles moving along established routes;
3.1, 3.2, 3.35-3.38, as well as sign 3.34 if there is plate 7.18 under it - to disabled drivers driving a motorized wheelchair or a car marked with the identification sign
"Disabled person";
3.1-3.8, 3.11 - to vehicles serving citizens or belonging to citizens who live or work in this zone, as well as to vehicles serving enterprises located in the designated zone. In such cases, vehicles must enter the designated zone and leave it at the nearest intersection to the destination;
3.3 - to trucks that have an inclined white stripe on the outer side surface or transport groups of people;
3.35-3.38 - to taxis with the taximeter turned on.

6.1. Persons who have reached the age of 16 are allowed to drive on the road on mopeds, and 14 years of age on bicycles. While driving on the road, the driver of a moped and the passenger he is carrying must wear fastened motorcycle helmets. For drivers of mopeds and bicycles, local executive authorities may establish a card in which information about the driver is entered and which drivers of mopeds or bicycles in such a case must have with them.

3.43. "Danger". Prohibits the movement of all road users, streets, railway crossings without exception due to a traffic accident, accident, manifestation of a natural disaster or other danger to traffic (landslide, falling stones, heavy snowfall, flood, etc.).

8.8. Traffic controller signals. Traffic controller signals are the positions of his body, as well as hand gestures, including with a baton or a disk with a red reflector, which have the following meanings:
b) right arm extended forward: from the left side - tram movement to the left is allowed, non-rail vehicles - in all directions; pedestrians are allowed to cross

9.4. It is necessary to give a signal with turn indicators or by hand in advance before the start of the maneuver (taking into account the speed of movement), but not less than 50-100 m in populated areas and 150-200 m outside them, and stop immediately after its completion (the hand signal should be finished immediately before the start of the maneuver). It is prohibited to give a signal if it may be unclear to other road users. Giving a warning signal does not give the driver an advantage and does not relieve him of taking precautions.

10.4. Before turning right, left, or making a U-turn, the driver must take the appropriate extreme position on the roadway intended for movement in this direction in advance, except when making a turn when entering an intersection where circular traffic is organized, the direction of movement is determined by road signs or road markings, or movement is possible only in one direction established by the configuration of the roadway, road signs, or markings. A driver making a left turn or U-turn outside an intersection from the corresponding extreme position on the roadway of this direction must give way to oncoming vehicles, and when performing these maneuvers not from the extreme left position on the roadway - also to passing vehicles. If there is a tram track in the middle of the roadway, the driver of a non-rail vehicle making a left turn or U-turn outside an intersection must give way to the tram.

11.11. In heavy traffic, changing lanes is allowed only to bypass an obstacle, turn, make a U-turn, or stop.

12.6. Outside populated areas on all roads and on roads passing through populated areas marked with sign 5.47, movement is allowed at a speed:
d) other vehicles: on a highway marked with road sign 5.1 - no more than 130 km/h, on a highway with separate carriageways,

22.1. The mass of the cargo being transported and the distribution of the load on the axles must not exceed the values determined by the technical characteristics of this vehicle.
22.4. A load protruding beyond the dimensions of the vehicle in front or behind by more than 1 m, and in width exceeding 0.4 m from the outer edge of the front or rear side marker light, must be marked in accordance with the requirements of subparagraph "h" of point 30.3 of these Rules.

15.2. In the absence of specially designated places or a roadside, or if stopping or parking there is impossible, they are allowed at the right edge of the roadway (as far to the right as possible so as not to interfere with other road users).
15.3. In populated areas, stopping and parking of vehicles are allowed on the left side of a road that has one lane for traffic in each direction (without tram tracks in the middle) and is not divided by marking 1.1, as well as on the left side of a road with one-way traffic.
If the road has a boulevard or a dividing strip, stopping and parking of vehicles near them is prohibited.

16.12. At an intersection of equivalent roads, the driver of a non-rail vehicle must give way to vehicles approaching from the right. Tram drivers must also be guided by this rule among themselves. At any uncontrolled intersection, a tram, regardless of the direction of its further movement, has priority over non-rail vehicles approaching it on an equivalent road.

31.4.3. External lighting devices:
d) there are no diffusers on the lighting devices or diffusers and lamps are used that do not correspond to the type of this lighting device;
31.4.6. Engine:
c) the exhaust gas exhaust system is faulty;

31.5. In the event of malfunctions specified in point 31.4 of these Rules occurring on the road, the driver must take measures to eliminate them, and if this is impossible, proceed by the shortest possible route to a parking or repair place, observing precautionary measures and complying with the requirements of points 9.9 and 9.11 of these Rules. In the event of malfunctions specified in point 31.4.7 ('ї'; 'д' — as part of a road train) occurring on the road, further movement is prohibited until they are eliminated. The driver of the faulty vehicle must take measures to remove it beyond the roadway.

16.9. When moving in the direction of the arrow included in the additional section simultaneously with a yellow or red traffic light signal, the driver must give way to vehicles moving from other directions. When moving in the direction of a green arrow on a plate installed at the level of the red traffic light signal with vertical signal arrangement, the driver must take the extreme right (left) lane and give way to vehicles and pedestrians moving from other directions.
8.7.3. Traffic light signals have the following meanings:
e) a red signal, including flashing, or two red flashing signals prohibit movement. A signal in the form of a green arrow (arrows) in the additional section (additional sections)
