29. International movement
29.1. A driver of a motor vehicle arriving in Ukraine from another country, as well as a driver who is a citizen of Ukraine leaving the country, must have:
a) registration documents for the vehicle and a driver's license that meet the requirements of the Convention on Road Traffic (Vienna, 1968);
b) a registration number plate on the vehicle, the letters of which correspond to the Latin alphabet, as well as a distinguishing mark of the state in which it is registered.
29.2. A vehicle in international traffic on the territory of Ukraine for more than two months must be temporarily registered with the authorized body of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, except for vehicles belonging to foreign citizens and stateless persons who are in Ukraine for rest or treatment according to relevant vouchers or other documents for the period determined by the State Customs Service authorities.
