Permille

Permille is a unit of measurement denoting one thousandth of a substance, equivalent to one tenth of a percent. This indicator is used to assess the concentration of alcohol in the blood. For example, a value of 0.2 permille indicates the presence of 0.2 milliliters of pure ethyl alcohol in one liter of blood.
