Gross weight

Gross weight - the curb weight of the vehicle plus a full trunk and the maximum number of passengers (as specified by the design).

In other words, this is the maximum permissible weight of the vehicle. By subtracting the curb weight from the gross weight, you can determine the payload capacity of your vehicle.
