The service center opened on the same day as the showroom — November 10, 2000. In 2008, a full reconstruction was carried out: equipment was replaced and the station area was significantly increased.

Today it is the largest Volkswagen service center in Eastern Europe. The showroom occupies 864 square meters and can simultaneously accommodate 14 VW cars. The repair and maintenance area is 1,680 square meters, and the bodywork and painting sections are 720 square meters.

The spare parts warehouse of "Atlant-M Lepsе" is the largest among Ukrainian Volkswagen dealers. Over 10,500 part items are stored in an area of 720 square meters.

The service station is designed for 150 cars per day. It has 70 workstations for maintenance and repair, body and painting work, pre-sale preparation, installation of additional equipment, and washing.

Painting is done using the "Nitotherm Spray" unit, which uses nitrogen instead of air — this ensures high quality and speed. Materials from 3M and Glasurit are used. The paint matching laboratory allows precise shade selection.

For regular customers, owners of cars older than two years, and cars of other Volkswagen Group brands (Audi, Skoda, Seat, Porsche), there is a loyalty program and a flexible discount system.
