«1-й Автоцентр Skoda» became the first facility in Ukraine built according to the concept of a conceptual car center. Thanks to this organization, the client can quickly and in one place receive the full range of services — from buying a car to its repair and maintenance. This unique architectural concept was created by the Skoda concern and is used only for this brand.

The service station, one of the first in the country to switch to round-the-clock operation, is equipped with modern equipment, which allows performing repair work of any complexity. The repair area has 25 bays, which receive about 150 orders daily.

The company focuses on customer orientation, paying special attention to increasing the loyalty and satisfaction of every visitor.

The spare parts warehouse of «1-й Автоцентр Skoda» is the largest in Ukraine: about 70,000 items of original parts are stored here.

Over five years of operation, the car center has sold more than 10,000 cars, and more than 100,000 customers have used maintenance and repair services.

Every year, Skoda Auto a.s. awards «1-й Автоцентр Skoda» with the Best Dealer in Ukraine certificate, which is considered the most honorable award for dealers.

The official importer of Skoda in Ukraine — the company «Eurocar» — in the period from 2003 to 2008 repeatedly awarded the car center with diplomas in the categories «Sales Leader», «Leader in Service Maintenance» and «For High Brand Loyalty».

«1-й Автоцентр Skoda» consistently holds high positions in the TOP-100 and «Guardia 500» ratings.

In December 2008, the car center became the first among official car dealers in Ukraine to pass an international audit and receive the ISO 9001:2000 certificate. At the same time, reconstruction was completed, after which the sales area increased, and now it is the largest Skoda car center in the country.
