In mid-2008, a new Volkswagen dealership center, opened by the company "TRIOL-AUTO", began operating in Ukraine. The grand opening ceremony took place on June 6, 2008.

For the Donetsk region, this enterprise was unusual due to its scale: the total area of the facility reaches 4,300 square meters.

Donetsk mayor Alexander Lukyanchenko attended the opening, noting the company as a conscientious taxpayer and employer providing jobs with good pay.

Construction was fast but strictly followed Volkswagen requirements. The architectural solution is based on the idea of a market square, creating a sense of light and free space.

The celebration was held in German style and resembled a smaller version of Oktoberfest with beer, sausages, and a cheerful atmosphere.

The main goal of the enterprise is to become a leading player in the Ukrainian car market.

The company sells Volkswagen cars and provides warranty service, post-warranty maintenance, and current repairs. The center meets Volkswagen corporate standards and includes:

• a showroom of 604.4 sq. m;
• a service area with 8 bays and 21 lifts, covering 1,574.5 sq. m;
• a warehouse of 425 sq. m;
• parking for 100 cars.

The company employs more than 70 specialists of various profiles.

Financial services are available to customers: purchase can be arranged via credit or leasing through partner organizations in Ukraine.

"TRIOL-AUTO" regularly organizes test drives of new models.

Here you can buy a car in any trim or order it directly from the factory. The warehouse holds more than 100 cars, so there is a choice even for the most demanding buyers.

Visitors note the high level of staff training. Employees undergo monthly training organized by the dealer network development department, and also intern in Germany several times a year to exchange experience.
