The company with foreign investments "AST-KOMBI" has been operating since April 1993. In Kryvyi Rih, it is the only authorized partner of "Eurocar" — the official manufacturer of Volkswagen Group cars and the exclusive supplier of Skoda Auto a.s. in Ukraine.

- Engages in international freight transportation. The fleet includes heavy SCANIA trucks and five special car carriers for transporting passenger cars.

The service station is equipped with a full set of tools for any repair and meets the standards of Skoda Auto a.s. (Mlada Boleslav, Czech Republic) — this is confirmed by annual certification. The station's warehouse stores original spare parts and accessories worth approximately UAH 2.5 million.
