The company "Dnipro Motor Invest" started its operations in June 1992, and just a month later, on July 25, a distribution agreement was signed with HONDA MOTOR Co., Ltd. The first step was the creation of a service station and staff training, and by the autumn of that same year, a car showroom opened in Ukraine. Thus, the company became an official distributor, taking on not only the sale of HONDA cars but also their full service maintenance. Thanks to the work of service departments across the country, the number of brand enthusiasts grew steadily. In November 2003, a new distribution center of the joint venture CJSC "Dnipro Motor Invest" opened in Kyiv, which was recognized as one of the largest and most technically equipped Honda auto centers in Europe. In 2003–2004, the enterprise developed and launched its own Quality Management System, which in 2004 successfully passed certification for compliance with the international standard ISO 9001:2000. By 2006, the company's network in Ukraine included 9 regional dealer points. In the same year, the distributor functions were transferred to a new importing company, which became a subsidiary of Honda Motor Co., Ltd.
