VIPCAR LLC appeared on the market in September 2004, when the Luxury car segment in Ukraine was just beginning to actively develop.

Even then, the company's management was negotiating with Bentley to obtain exclusive rights to represent this brand in Ukraine. In the spring of 2005, an agreement with the British Bentley Motors Limited, part of the Volkswagen Group, was signed. It gave the company the right to sell, warranty and service Bentley cars in the country.

In 2006, VIPCAR expanded its activities by concluding an agreement with Spyker Cars N.V., which specializes in the production of expensive sports cars and SSUV class vehicles. Since that year, the company has become the only exclusive dealer of Bentley and Spyker in Ukraine.

In 2009, VIPCAR joined the VIPOS automotive group and began implementing a new Ferrari Ukraine project. In December 2010, the company opened a new Bentley showroom in the center of Kyiv, at 23-B Lesi Ukrainky Boulevard.
