AIS is a group of companies operating in the automotive services sector. It has been on the market since 1992, holding about 10% of the Ukrainian market. The main focus is on car sales and service maintenance.

The company was one of the first to implement an approach where the client receives support at all stages of car ownership. This includes:

• Sales of new and used cars.
• Technical maintenance.
• Related services during purchase and operation: credit, leasing, trade-in, insurance; installation of accessories and additional equipment, including Tartarini gas systems; sale of spare parts; assistance — technical and advisory roadside help; as well as special options like online service station booking, night-time car reception for repairs, installment service, extended warranty, and car rental.
• Purchase of used cars.

The group's structure includes 37 car centers (including 55 showrooms and 37 service stations), the AIS-Autoparts network with 31 stores and 50 representative offices, two production facilities, a distribution logistics center for spare parts, a network of customs-licensed warehouses, and a transport company. Clients have access to over 400 car models from 17 brands.
