Audi Center Kharkiv East is the first car center in Ukraine to be built according to the "Terminal" concept, which meets the highest service standards set by AUDI AG.

This concept represents a new architectural approach to the design of dealership showrooms. Its main principle reflects the slogan Vorsprung durch Technik, which translates as "Advancement through Technology." The distinctive features of this design are dynamic and asymmetrical lines that emphasize the sporty spirit of the Audi brand.

One of the key areas of the center's work is meeting the needs of customers who want to give their car individuality. This is not just about choosing options or features from a standard list. Thanks to the Audi Exclusive program, it is possible to create a truly unique car.

Participants in this program can order an Audi in a non-standard body color, choose the interior design to their taste, and add the latest technical solutions. The order for such a car will be fulfilled in Germany, at the facilities of quattro GmbH, where highly qualified designers and engineers work, capable of realizing almost any wishes.

In addition, the "Terminal" car center operates one of the most modern service stations in Ukraine. It provides a full range of services for the repair and maintenance of Audi cars, including warranty work.

A convenient feature of the service is the "Direct Acceptance" option. It implies that the car's diagnostics and the plan for further repair actions (including parts replacement) are discussed and agreed upon directly with the car owner. Only after the client and the service manager reach a common decision is the car handed over for work.

During the warranty repair period, the car owner can use the "Mobility Guarantee" service. It provides for the provision of a replacement car or a taxi call for the client.

Also, "Audi Center Kharkiv East" offers its customers financing services through a partner — the company "Porsche Leasing Ukraine".

Leasing is essentially similar to long-term rental: the leasing company buys the car and transfers it for temporary use to the client (individual or legal entity) for a certain fee. The initial payment for leasing is only 15%, and the rate is fixed for a period of up to four years. Upon completion of the contract, two options are possible: either the client buys out the car (financial leasing) or returns it (operational leasing).

Similar conditions apply to credit purchases: the advance payment is also 15%, and the loan term can reach five years. "Porsche Leasing Ukraine" offers a fairly favorable rate — from 0 to 10% per annum, which is rare for the Ukrainian financial market of that time.

And, of course, buyers of premium cars are given the opportunity to independently choose absolutely any route for a test drive in order to fully appreciate all the models presented in the showroom.
