Autocentre «Avtotrading»

Autocentre «Avtotrading» (LLC «Fortuna-LTD») opened in 2005 and became the first multi-brand centre in Donetsk region. For more than seven years, the company has represented Volkswagen, SEAT, Hyundai, and Peugeot as an official dealer. During this time, it has strengthened its position in the regional market, focusing on European approaches to customer service. The main activity is the sale of passenger and commercial vehicles, as well as a full range of related services.

The enterprise is part of «Avtotrading Atoll Group», which manages an automotive subholding. This structure handles the supply and service support of equipment from brands such as Skoda, Seat, VW, Ford, Hyundai, Suzuki, Renault, Peugeot, as well as Harley-Davidson® motorcycles. The group itself is part of «Atoll Holding», which is among the top three largest players in the Ukrainian car market.

The area of the autocentre is over 2,000 m², with about half dedicated to the technical station. Here, 23 vehicles can be serviced simultaneously, with body and paint shops in operation. The two-storey warehouse stores more than 8,000 items — from spare parts to accessories and car cosmetics, which speeds up the service process. Service staff regularly upgrade their qualifications at importer training centres.

Promoting the Volkswagen, SEAT, Hyundai, and Peugeot brands, which are gaining popularity worldwide, the autocentre «Avtotrading» focuses on high quality standards and an individual approach to each customer.
