The Uzbek enterprise Limited Liability Company "Ukr-UzAvto" was registered in Ukraine on April 25, 2001. The company is the exclusive importer on the Ukrainian automobile market of DAEWOO "NEXIA" and DAEWOO "MATIZ" cars, and carries out foreign economic activity for the import and sale of cars of Uzbek production.

Currently, modern UZ-Daewoo car dealerships have been opened in Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, Kharkiv, Mykolaiv, Vinnytsia, Simferopol, Luhansk, Zhytomyr, Donetsk, and Ternopil. Dealer relations and cooperation with partners in Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia and other major cities of Ukraine are actively developing.

Supporting the image of the "GM Uzbekistan" plant, LLC "Ukr-UzAvto" considers ensuring consumers with original spare parts and providing high-level service services as one of its strategic goals. Therefore, authorized service stations operate at car dealerships, and a network for the sale of original spare parts and paint materials is developing. All conditions have been created for customers for the convenience of obtaining a loan and insuring the loan collateral for the purchased car. Cooperation is carried out with almost all major banks of Ukraine. The popularity of UZ-DAEWOO cars in Ukraine is growing rapidly. If in 2005 the company "Ukr-UzAvto" sold about 80 cars monthly, then already in 2006 this figure increased to 412 cars. In 2007, the level of average monthly sales reached 1,107 units.
