«NIKO-Zakhid» is the official Audi AG dealer in the Lviv region. The company has been operating in the Ukrainian market since May 2003. Its main activities are the sale of new Audi cars, their warranty and technical maintenance, as well as the sale of original spare parts, accessories, and car cosmetics.

The trade and service complex is located in the center of Lviv at 50 B Lypynskoho Street. It includes a showroom for new cars, an order acceptance department, a spare parts and accessories store, a service station, a relaxation area, warehouse and office premises, as well as parking. The total area of the complex is about 5,240 square meters, of which 1,466 square meters is occupied by the car dealership. The showroom presents the entire Audi model range, with all cars adapted to the climatic and road conditions of Ukraine. A fleet of test cars is also available for customers.

The company offers several ways to purchase a car: direct purchase, credit programs tailored to the client's needs, leasing, trade-in (exchange of an old car for a new one with an additional payment), and corporate sales. All documents for purchasing on credit and insurance payments can be processed right in the showroom.

The service station is equipped with modern equipment, allowing repairs of Audi of any complexity. The service capacity is 35 cars simultaneously, 19 of which can be on lifts. The area of the service station is 2,600 square meters, which ensures prompt service.

Warranty, diagnostic, and technical maintenance at the authorized service center is carried out strictly according to the importer's standards. A personal service manager advises the client and takes care of all car maintenance concerns, from submitting a request to completing the work. The spare parts department, which is part of the service station, sells original spare parts, accessories, and car cosmetics. If the needed part is not in stock, the staff will arrange its order and delivery as soon as possible. Original accessories and tuning services allow every client to make their car individual.
